A “bee exemption” is usually 1-d-1 open-space agricultural appraisal of qualifying land. Your records support the actual beekeeping taking place there.

Bandera pairs a three-hive minimum with quarterly records.
Bandera's beekeeping guideline sets a minimum of three hives with eight or 10 frames per hive. The colonies must be maintained and active for the majority of the year.7
Its annual update is due April 30 and includes quarterly inspection logs. The district also describes a three-to-five-year management plan and a contingency plan for major colony losses. Keep those plans with the inspection records so replacements and changes can be followed from one year to the next.
